Whether you are struggling with shoulder pain, back pain or a combination of areas that hurt, we will focus our 45 minutes effectively and effieciently in getting to the prominent limiter-the biggest problem first! Relief and improvement are almost always felt and noticied within this initial session. Though this we will shed light on some factors likely leading to the pain as well as connect some dots between work, life and your fitness abilities. We will do this by covering a variety of movements to gather information on which movements increase pain, location of pain and intensity of pain to create your customized plan. Learn appropriate exercises and mobility plan for decreasing pain, injury prevention and improving performance. Assessment includes 4 week mobility and perforamance plan. **You will need to have space available to move away from your screen and perform exercises with a head to toe view. No equipment necessary, though yoga mat is preferred for comfort.
