In this 45 minute session, we will cover a variety of exercises to gather information on all essential movement patterns and range of motion to create your customized plan. Learn appropriate exercises and mobility plan for decreasing pain, injury prevention and improving performance. Assessment includes 4 week mobility and perforamance plan. **You will need to have space available to move away from your screen and perform exercises with a head to toe view. No equipment necessary, though yoga mat is preferred for comfort.
